Thanks guys, cant wait to start the laying down the tape for the stripes n stuff popcorn

Just realised I forgot to add the air tanks that should be on the chassis now pullinghair :roll: :lol:

No sooner had the urge to build again started.....I lost interest pretty much straight away....:(
I'll try again and make a start on the stripes for the cab and sleeper :roll:

Inspiration will come. That's what it does. It goes in, thats why it's called INspiration not OUTspiration :lol: Don't rush or push it. Let creativity fester inside you until you can stand it no longer and literally run to your desk! Did that today and ended up pulling out a kit I haven't looked at in months. Now I'm trying to mix up a convincing purple clear with the red and blue clears :roll:

Cheers guys, Luke actually sent me some masking tape which I misplaced pullinghair

Found a small roll of tape which was just enough to do this ;) pray

The Metallic Red went on really good today, I took some photos, but they look like crap...so I'll give it a few days to cure before peeling the tape off yes!

One of the truck modellers on MCM told me once the paint has dried, put the whole thing in a sink full of warm water for 15 minutes and the tape comes of without any issues........ thinking

Anyone tried this method thinking dunno
