Got part of the chassis done and painted the inside of seat tub.
Chassis will be grey engine is a tan colour.

Man there is a lot of flashing on all parts, One has to clean up each and every part first then test fit to see if it fits in place pullinghair might have it done in ten years time. yes! :lol:

Yeah the old AMT kits flash and mold lines is a pain, the more pieces the harder it is to get motivated to clean up all the parts, and get it built.

They are the types of kits where most of your time is spent doing all the prep work and lots of it. End result can make it worth while though.

Yeah AMT kits are bad kit as you say but with a lot of work they make up to a nice model, This kit came back out in 1976.
With Tamiya and Fujimi kits almost build them self's just think who good they would be if they made them or even Bandai one can only dream. :lol:

Had a set back with this one as I was working on the diffs found a part missing so a call to Ken he had a spare front diff so I can finish this one, No pic's yet its slow going.

Just picked up the colour for this one, Got Tamiya rattle can of white primer the top colour will be Tamiya TS-23 Light Blue for the Peterbilt cab, Chassis will be a dark grey engine is a tan colour.
