Re: BMW Z8
Sounds like a good plan. I’ve only heard good things about Vallejo
Re: BMW Z8
Ya been watching a lot on U-tube about using different stuff to thin the paint a lot use windex glass cleaner which is mainly metho with a blue colouring have metho in the pass and the paint goes like toffee, I bought some Vallejo model color thinners and it works a lot better. So no more short cuts I will stay with the right thinners as it's made to do the job.
Re: BMW Z8
Been working on this one there is no engine for it as it is a kurbside one.
Can not paint the body as there has been a hot west wind blowing down the valley all day.

Did a bit more on this one today it's slowly coming a long, Still waiting for better weather to paint the body, yesterday was hotter then Hell today it was cooler but heavy over cast and damp and muggy
I get it done soon.

Re: BMW Z8
Got a splash of colour on the body just now
not the Turquoise colour that I was going to use saving it for another project.
I went with Tamiya colour I mixed up a pale blue colour for the BMW, Just as I finished airbrushing the body a light breeze picked up.
Hope to get a clear coat on it soon too.
