Cant help but wonder what a bit of paint would do for that build. Would certainly bring it to life, lots of painting potential with that kit.
A few metal types. eg gun metal, silver, titanium gold and silver. Then flat red and semi black.

That’s a cool looking unit. Definitely lots of potential if you were to paint.

Been on one could put a base colour of Tamiya XF-16 Flat Aluminum or Tamiya X-32 Titanium and use some of the Tamiya clear colours to give you metallic colours or there is Chrome Silver and gold's too.
It reminds me of a old Japanese Warrior. yes!
