Cheers Al that's a good looking 3 window!!! I did just have another idea when looking at my finished Fords. I could stick a fuel tank from a Revell 32 Kit in the gap and trim the inner fenders to suit.

Still chipping away at this one. Sprayed all of the interior, just need to detail the dash and find a steering wheel. I don't really like the kits wheel. Had a look at the Revell 32 tank and I think it'll work. I'll paint the inner fenders black so it's easier to hide any poor alignment and if I need to trim the body for a good fit.

There a lot hanging out past the body but I think the tank works to hide the gap while using the stock chassis. Otherwise I'd have to trim it. Let me know what you think

I think it needs a bit take off it. Look's like a ridge on the top of the tank move it forward to see what it looks like first be for you cut it. thinking

Chassis is painted the body colour. Front suspension is painted and ready to go in. Still work on the body/interior/inner fenders. Had a look for the cross member and motor only to realise I've used the flathead V8 else where  I guess I'll be using the kits Chevy V8 instead.

Cheers Al but that's ok I've got plenty of flathead V8s. I'm just trying to keep this build OOB so it's quick n easy.

I still don't get what AMT were thinking. In the other set of instructions it says to cut the inner fenders on this line. But there's still a heaps of the chassis hanging out the rear and a huge hole looking thru to the interior tub pullinghair I'll do a proper update later today, I'm part way thru the engine, suspension and still working on the interior.

Here's where I'm up to with this one. Lots of black and chrome for the drive line.
