On those SSRs it reminds me of them crazy burnout cars you see when they're in 'show mode'. That'd be a groovy build!

Not much to show here yet. I should be organising the final wheels this weekend. I think I’ll need to cut down the rear axle but once I do a final mock up, then I can start on the body work. Front suspension complete in black plastic  and stance is final

On the LB works builds the wheels wouldn’t touch the bench until I files them down so I’m just going to keep filing them down now to get Shakotan levels of low

Yeah level it out mate and it will be spot on. Should end up with about a 1mm clearance under the diff housing.

Look forward too a final mock up before paint.

Pretty much the final mock up. Front wheel tracks a bit to wide but I’ve shaved everything down and there’s just no more room. The rear is sitting perfect

Ah. So those were the wheels you where waiting on :P

Yeah stance looks spot on mate, did you cut down the stub axle were the pin goes through, thats where I gained a bit more to tuck under on the Laurel. Other option is to shave down the wheel boss mount.

Get those slots painted up and it will change up the look.

I shaved the rear inner’s and cut the rear axle. I dremeled the front struts down. I just also changed the tyres to the new style camber and stretch. That today’s plan now detail wheels and maybe spray some body colour while the suns out

I’m looking forward to getting this together as I think my colour choice with BMF and these wheels detailed should come together nicely crossed
