Re: Got something to share/show
Finally got some more done in the shed. Nothing is fixed just clamped and pressure fit for mock up purposes and test fit. So not level or square for you eagle eyes out there

The dog box will have wrap around bench and display area/wall and kit storage.

Where the white sliding door frame is will be a Storage/boxes room and centre area will have a small spray booth and paint prep area also the entrance.

Long ways to go still, trying my best to stay motivated and get it done.

Lookin good.
Where's the subwoofer room?
Hope you're gonna put in some insulation bats, could get warm in there.
Be nice to have you OWN space, finally.

Re: Got something to share/show
Thanks alot guy's.
I said it before and il say it again. No idea what im doing just winging it and making it up as I go along. Gets over whelming when I think and plan too much ahead, as I get anxious and upset when smallest of things go wrong.
And wish I was more patience with my old man when he tries to help, poor bloke not as agile as he used to be
Not into doof doof anymore just enjoy the guitar and drums through and old school stereo.
Absolutely will be insulated, also have an Aircon(total overkill) so wont be getting very hot in there often.
Shit yeah, hope it makes the whole process of building model cars more enjoyable.
hi5
Part of the reason Im doing a wrap around bench, im a skinny bastard so dont need much space. Its all about the work surface and display area. Dont have a need to swing a cat in there
Small fridge would be for milk and my super glue

yes! certainly gives it a whole other perspective. Knew I called the build area/room a dog box for a reason.sandboarder wrote: I bet it feels good to walk thru the rooms instead of just a 2D drawning of the shed

Well if I have to share, I could set you up a small area in the build room.slowlylearning wrote: Where's my room goin'? I'm only little so I don't take up much space!

Not wrong Allan have so many ideas for work benches, storage, and display thats a whole other project and more coin. So will get the room all built and sealed then start saving and planning for the fit out. Im a coffee drinker so il need a kettle tooB61 MACK wrote: Bet you can not wait to move in, Bar fridge under the bench for cold drinks too.

Re: Got something to share/show
We all end up working on a 10x10 inch square of the building mat anyway
I'm in no way skinny, just little
Best thing about me is you get a mate AND you get to look at a pair of hairy tits
Can't wait to see your space come together more over time, it's going to be insanely cool! Gonna put up posters for inspiration?
