Super jazzed for the first time in a while 
The TAFE near me is offering Community Services CertIII this year! I really wanna do it. I did the CertIV of it a while ago, but a refresher would be great. I still don't fully understand what HECKS debt or whatever theyre called work. I looked it up and from my understanding if I'm doing an eligible course (CERTIV or above) I can debt it and pay it back when I'm a millionaire making 50k a year 
If I'm right that means I can't do the certIII. Visual arts would be cool to do too

Happy little Vegemite, got the car back today all fixed, it had to have another water pump too and bill was a bit cheaper, paid most of it and now can pay the rest a bit each fortnight. Left knee is playing up from all the walking stepped on a bit of uneven surface, ankle when side ways as I went forward,
