Is that the Fujimi 4dr Skyline kit? I may have accidentally let my guard down on Ebay and got some kits, including one of them

Ah, I got the Fujimi one with the single square headlights, must be a very slightly later model. Will be interesting to see how the kits differ methinks

Kits! Kits! Kits! :D

Nothing wrong with finding a few gems or bargains and stocking up while you can.

My Fujimi Skyline that's super similar to that one on the previous page arrived.

The Proportions looked kinda gross and outta whack

So to get a good mockup I dod some slicing of the rollpanels... And also cut out the floorpan and replaced it with a flat sheet of styrene

I still may cut the window-black frame parts out to open up the window holes a bit so it doesn't look so chop-topped, but I'll see hoe I like this for now

The front needs about a mm of up-ness then I rekon that'd be a good stance. Gonna file the tyres down for some camber too thinking

Some of the old tool Fujimi kits are a bit out of proportion to 1:1's.
But they are cheap, so good for mess around quick builds.
Glad to see you are going to build it your way and of to a good start.
Wheels suit it perfectly.

Yeah they're a bit skrewy aye  I wish they'd have the original tool-date on the box somewhere to get a better idea of the age of the kit... Scalemates is good for that but I always forget to check it

Now set on the wheels to be honest, I'm gonna have a fanagle around on the net for some ideas... not like I don't have enough already

Is the date on the runners? I noticed that’s a thing Bandai do.

Killer looking 4 door tho, I like the odd proportions. I feel like you can go wild and play on them. Stance will be spot on once that fronts up a 1mm thumbsup
