Hey Allan, still SFA on my end, printing lots of body kits and wheels and engines tho.
When I pull my finger out I'm good to go.

Pretty much SFA here too mate.

I found this kit in EB Games during the week so when I knocked off work about an hour ago I quickly put it together. Now the Pokémon are multiplying

I would be interested in seeing your prints Bear. I really like the idea that you can just print parts and wheels etc when ever you want or find a good file with those 3D printers.

Now that's odd little one thinking
Been working on two snap truck's a Peterbilt and Kenworth, the Pete came to a stop as me lost a part banghead and paint the cab of the Kenworth and for some unknown reason the paint slid off the corner of the sleeper box, thinking might of been grease from my finger on the plastic.
Been very muggy here and patchy rain here the pass week over this odd weather.

Ok then matey, took a couple of pics of some stuff and the RX3 front for the FD RX7, you are welcome to drop in and check out the "set up" whenever you're in the big smoke, I'm only in Ingle Farm so if you're coming down Pt Wakefield Rd I'm only minutes out of your way.
Same goes for you other "Northeners"
It is, without a doubt, the best hobby investment I have ever made. There is a learning curve, it can be messy and you do go through some consumables, but it's so worth it.
I have a RWB trans kit that I bought for around a hundred bucks, and a file for a different one for under 20 bucks, which I can make a hundred of.
Same story with wheels, seats, body kits, anything really.
BUT I did have to outlay around $600 (I think??) to get started.

Have done some 12th scale stuff too but that's stashed away and I can't be arsed to dig it out to be honest.
anyway, these haven't been cleaned up yet so are a little rough in spots.
Porsche engine is for a RWB that I have a body kit (or two or ten) for.

Wow Bear!!!!

There is so much goodness in your pictures. The RX3 front for the FD looks great. I assume they’re the matching 6666 mashies for the FD. I don’t know much about Porsche but the engine looks great. Looks like your having a great time with your printer. Where are you getting your files from? I had a quick look around but just got lost.

Google RWB Porsche and you will see, they are pretty radical street cars.
Yes, think those are the wheels for the FD. Have many other wheels (it's my fetish).
Get my files from cults 3D and 3D specialities.
Cults, mostly blackboxstl his stuff is awesome.
3D model specialities (Ron Olsen) does awesome stuff too, but nearly all his stuff is 12th scale which you just scale down by half.
KC likes thingiverse too I think.
But like I said, anytime you are down, you are welcome to come and have a squiz.
