I didn't know where else to put these

Post by dirt devil »

This is a few shots of my between 16 and 18 year old smartech road racer. The sooner I get my off road truck the happier I'll be.
this is it with the stock Mustang body minus a heap of nasty stickers

my basher body was a Civic

When I thought about going racing I bought this RX7 body and painted it myself but it never really saw the track as the class I was going to be entering was abolished for reasons unknown to me.

No worries posting under General discussion DD ;)

I've never done RC before fearing I would destroy the thing on it's first run

There's an RC shop that recently opened near my place, he has a small track out the back...

I have never raced it. I put a race motor in it but the class was abolished just before I was able to sign up and do a season, so the car just sat around gathering dust for the last 16 to 18 years.

I put the batteries on charge the other day and they still hold charge I thought they might have been stuffed but they are just fine.

I didn't know their was a track at Penfield I might have to look it up and have a look.

I hope to have the first of my planned 4 rigs in a few weeks I'll post up a pic when I get it home I might even wait till I get the new body for it.

The mini would slid on the tile floors super quick, A few times I had to remove the black tyre marks off the tiles rofl have to buy some new battery's for it and give it a run again out side. yes! Been thinking on getting a small Helicopter.
