Well this one came to a screaming halt.
The decal sheet with all the sponsor logos on it disintegrates as soon as it touches water so that needed a replacement and trying to use the now very old Tamiya decals for the colour areas went horribly badly as well so.....
I ordered this from Hiroboy and will make masks, paint the green/orange/red areas myself and then use the decals to create the borders. Really should have done it this way from the start, there is just no way the decals would do an adequate job given the complex shapes involved and their advanced age.
Freshly primed and ready to go again.
