Its odd, they have a chassis that is setup for just one exhaust but didn't use it.

Found this advice on another forum and thought some guys here might find it useful. I have made a start on making the change to the front end, though I used fresh plastic tubing rather than reusing the existing - so far so good, will post a pic tomorrow.

Keen to see how it works on yours. Hopefully it’ll sit just right afterwards

Progress pics of the modified (lowered) front suspension, the new piece is in white.

The dash smoothed out to look more like a custom made race article.

The substantial (and ongoing) work on the body, note the amount of work on the front end to get it to flow.

And a pic of Seb at the park this morning after we got some breakfast. And by we I mean me and by breakfast I mean a pie, Coke and a donut!

I think he's more upset dad didn't share his donut!

I can't follow those pics for lowering, looks like they want you to cut the round parts off and make a 45 degree piece to add on, yea?

He got some donut - no sprinkles but he got donut.

Nothing that complicated Bodg, just taking a spacer from above the hub to below it, the JDM equivalent of flipping leaf springs really.

Have the RX-7 on hold for a couple of weeks to get this one finished. Still a lot of fiddly parts to finish off but the decaling is coming along nicely.
