I've used the Asuka Model Shop to get Orange Wheels brand wheels, but they no longer seem to be up there :s Contacted the manufacturer of FakeBook  Hope they haven't stopped production...

One Stop RC Hobby Shop
https://www.onestoprchobbies.com.au
Bought paint from these guys, in bulk it's cheaper than me having to go hunting for it and on average, it's $3-$6 cheaper than my locals, so buying a few at a time works out cheaper.
Also their small paint pots are cheaper than my local as well.. again, bulk order saves me $'s

Of course, if I am down that way, dropping in is even cheaper :)
and there is also another just up the road if these guys don't have what I need

Update the list again, I think I've got the Australia shop sorted from the other countries. I currently want to buy from http://www.clearlyscale.com/ in Canada.
