Guess who...

Post by mopar68 »

Hey fellas!!
After way too long of a break, I've gone out today and acquired a kit!!! Needed something to break up all the work and studying, plus I was missing the smell of styrene too much.

Looks pretty quiet in here, hope to see the whole band again :)
Cheers, zac 8-)

Welcome back Mopar. Is that one of those new 65-66 F100 kits?? It has been quite around here lately but I think most members check in even if their not posting. Do I spy a section job marked out on that ute in the background?? Looking forward to seeing where your build ends up.

Swisho, should build up nice with the Zac touch.

Sandy that's Zac's Dodge pickup from a while back IIRC, sectioned to perfection that thing is, and it's got a set of sweet-as resin smoothies he made from scratch and cast.

yes, very hairy prodigal son returns :)
How goes that beard?
Good to see you with something on the bench.
I have had too much on in normal life to finish sorting my office so i haven't done anything since the hoonicorn arrived.
I did get a request for another 2 FG utes yesterday, waiting for some $'s before I start those.
If the $'s come through, i will HAVE to sort the office for some build room and may get a few things on the benchea.

Hey fellas!! Good to see ya thumbsup
Been working non-stop lately so unfortunately I haven't had a chance to touch this since the last post  Night off tonight though, so I'll see what I can manage...

Cheers sandboarder (I know we've met before, but your name evades me right now  ) The fresh kit is a '66 Chevy Fleetside. The first kit I ever built was a '64 Step Side, so this should be a bit nostalgic haha.
The truck in the background is a '78 Dodge which B61 MACK sent me years ago. It did get a section, 2" scale if I rightly recall.

Thanks KC, I have a plan in mind, now I just have to stick to it. Although I do see an emoji here just for me... chainsaw
