No have not heard about it until I read it on there too, They wont let me join  I would remove it as soon as I could I waited two days and the tape stuck to the paint under it and left marks in it, had to repaint in the one colour. I know when I work in a smash repair show we take it off just are the paint when on.

I decided not to use that method and carefully peeled the tape off, I'm happy how it's turned out, a few runs, but I have an idea sweating yes!

What it needs now is another colour to break things up a bit (Yellow I'm thinking ) at these points indicated, I'll re tape here and see what happens

Looks good!! It would be very hard to tape it up with all the molded details on the cab and not have bleeds but there not bad.

Yep, looking at that option as well Allan, found two sheets in my stash which are truck decals, pin stripes, scrolls, scollops etc etc, made by 'Kangaroo Decals'....
They're pretty old, but still sealed in the plastic bag, so they should be okay ;)

I do have another sheet from 'Slixx Decals' which has 'barbed wire' stripes.....they do look pretty cool actually yes!

The barbed wire sounds cool, If you use the Kangaroo ones they may be to dry and fall a part once you put them in water. There is a spray that you can use to seal them and save them, will ask Ken for the name as he has a rattle can of it.

I love the paintjobs on aussie trucks. They're so sweet!, This is no exception, great work getting it masked up and painted despite the rivety-thingos, looks awesome thumbsup

The more I look at the barbed wire decals, the more I like and it might just distract peoples eyes away from the slight blemishes where the red and silver meet.....that's if I put them in the right spot ;)

Thoughts thinking dunno

There's a larger style option as well, a bit too large for my liking
