There's businesses that do photoetch, there's one near the goldcoast. They quoted me $150 for the initial tool setup and another 200 or so for 300ish pieces of what I wanted. So thats 350ish bucks for the setup plus the yeild of 300. I think. I might have the numbers all mixed up, my heads all over the place these days run

I can dig through my emails to find it if you want I was just going to get those 2 and 4hole ignition wire holders done.

I think your numbers are right KC, sounds like what you sent me when you got the quotes... worked out to about $1.50 per sheet, but it was the initial outlay that was the shock.

Pretty much like a jigsaw. Push through the slot and twist (or bend if required).
How big is the sheet, how many parts on a sheet?
One of the dirt track guys in the states gets stuff made for him for speedway cars and I thought his prices weren't too bad. Dirt modeller is his site, have a look kc.
Maybe see if you can pre sell some to offset the cost shock?
