tech support.... giving the useless run around.
I once rang dodo about my internet not working, the stupid women told me to disconnect the phone from the filter and tell her what happens..... ummm... hello!!! I rang you!!
I was furious and said, you want to know what will happen?!? and hung up... better to fix the problem yourself than deal with curry call centres.

hosting says i have some vulnerable script allowing for malicious code to be injected, all scripts are updated. so they tell me upload the website again, which would mean i would first have to download all the files and database, therefore downloading and vulnerable scripts, reuploading them with the vulnerabilities.
BUT... if this is true, why is it only ray affected? if it were true, all of us would be seeing the security violation page when we try to post.

I do use adBlock+ and some antivirus internet stuff if that means anything in regards to the scripting at all. I love firefox with adblock, I've got this shit on lockdown, made it ask me when websites try to redirect me at all.

I use adblock pro on chrome... but doubt that makes any difference.
Crazy Domains tech support is so retarded!! they keep saying the same shit and now she says to undo the changes i made to fix the problem... never mind that i said the ONLY reason i updated was because this problem started for ray and it was the first solution to try and fix it.
It's looking more and more likely I'm gunna have to don the black hat and go debugging

I set up a mirror of the forum, full fresh clean install but ray still see's the same error page when trying to post a reply.
I'm going to hook him up with a virus prog in case he has something on his system.
The server host is useless with help.

Haven't heard from Ray since I hooked him up with Anti Virus and Anti Malware... hoping it's cleaned and fixed his PC and he's just been flat out with work.

Had a hick up with my notebook lap top could not get on the the web, took it up to the Telstra shop to see if they can help, As I paying for there Platinum service when I sign up with the NBN, The young bloke fixed the problem I now use Google Chrome to log on, looks like the other way I would log on want to change my settings on the notebook. He said I should up date to windows ten, I said why 8 is working Ok for me and what I want to do, Our big computer has 7 and its works Ok. Oh he moved what I had in my favourites into a folder and moved in to Chrome. I don't know why they keep on making changes all the time, I flat out trying to work out what I have. let alone any thing new. Oh chrome looks a bit quicker too.
