COORS NASCAR

I been looking at my stash of kits for a while now looking at what to build yesterday I got this one out.
It's a old 1/25 AMT kit Coors I was going to build it as a different NASCAR but can not get the decals for it so now it will be built as is.

Started on the engine on this one most of it is bare metal steel or aluminum but found the tapper covers chrome they should be aluminum too easy fixed painted them now, also was not sure the colour of the roll cage as most are grey, After ring Bruce to find out he was not sure, found lots of photos of the car on the web but no inside ones.
So after a while I picked up the paper work and to my found its red did not read it with my glass on
Will look at another one after this one Kodak Chevrolet.

Most NASCARs are white or grey depending on the year. Pretty cool that’s it’s a red one!!! Look forward to seeing some progress pics as you get bits n pieces assembled

Look's like early ones had different colours inside the Kodak is all black inside and all yellow on the outside.
Got some NASCAR's in 1/24 and two in 1/32 scale too.

Been listening to a lot of NASCAR related podcasts recently and been learning a lot.

When we had Foxtel I would watch the NASCAR racing but now every now and then I watch then on U-tube but mainly the older NASCAR.

Think one of the Goodwrench Earnhardt cars I have is red on the inside too.

Ya some other did has red and other colours then they were all changed to grey.
