Totally a whole new game nowadays, you are fortunate to have the skills and be up to date and adapt with the new age/era of the model building hobby.

Speaking of.....
I did a print today that went odd... the front end raft lifted off the bed and made the whole front compressed oddly.
Does anyone want to build a wreck? remove or cut up the front and make it a junker... or maybe you have an idea of how to make a build out of it as is?

Would like to see a 48-215 ute (FX) or a FJ , Got a resin FJ ute but it's so wrong in lots of ways.
Even early Ford utes the Mainline or Falcon, wish I still had the 57 Ford Mainline ute, even a old Valiant ute.

I blame Luke!!! :)
Used a bit of creative license for the rear seeing as there is only the 1 pic of the front.
I've also made a wing for the rear of the tray but i'll save that for later pics with colour

Painting done... semi gloss clear and some of the paint has 'melted' so i'll have to touch u but it's not a full serious build anyway so it's been interesting to do.
Mucked around with how to paint the back plate for a real print.

Allan you should get some of this paint and thinner and try it out, it is way better than Tamiya acrylics.

This thinner does cost a bit, but it helps the paint flow and level out smooth.

Just mix it 1 part paint to 1 1/2 thinner and spray at 20psi,

I would be willing to guarantee if you use the MR Hobby products you will have very few paint problems.

I know why I stuff the paint on the BMW it will be easy fix just remove paint and start again.

Honestly... I've never seen this.
I don't internet much these days, barely even watch the news... is the oompa loompa still crying about losing?
That 1 doesn't do much for me, so it will probably not be done... I say probably.

No no no no nooooooo not again!!!!

Those who may rememebr... I did a 2 door convertible WRX in yellow years ago,.. who popped up with a real 1? Osman brothers.
I then did an Orange WRX ute.... what popped up soon after? an orange WRX ute by the Osman brothers....
So I did a monster truck WRX.. fuck em!!

But, now.... Luke pointed out a Pastrana STi, which when looking up more pics (shhhh), I find yet another rip off of an idea I had before it popped up

Image

KC can back me up on this one... I did the see through boot before this was released.
Am I on a wavelength that other crazy's are, is it coincidence or are they reading my thoughts?!?
