Thanks mate

Re: Kenworth T600
Well, Allan has come to the rescue, but I've asked him again to help out
As I said before, I went through the instructions and tossed the bits that are not required......I'm sorry Revell, but you guys have got your instructions wrong...
Looking at the sheet again with the part numbers not required, seems as though Revell said you don't need engine parts such as exhaust manifold, turbo bracket, turbo inlet and outlet pipes...
When I went through this initially I thought there must be another tree with the correct engine bits.......wrong pullinghair run
I have an option though....that is the supercharged V8 out of an old Kenworth Aerodyne kit that I started rebuilding but lost interest. If Allan's mate Ken can't help out, Ill use that engine....

That's a bugger Ray. I've been holding onto all the left over parts until I finish the kit with the hope of sticking them in my spare parts box. Generally they stay in the boxes taking up space tho

Re: Kenworth T600
Ken just drop by with his engine glue bombs & bits, But no luck this time with the parts you are after, He said you could run the V8 from the Aerodyne, As they did put them in the real ones.
Re: Kenworth T600
Oops sign of frustration Bodgy....I'll edit that yes!
Yeah the V8 is a snug fit, obviously a few mods needed, exhaust, air cleaner etc.
I'll plod along with this now and stop whinging
