Grant Johnson - Grove Fruit Juice VE V8 Ute

Post by bodgybro »

Currently working on a second build of the Grove Fruit Juice VE.
The first was done for John (Barrel) Pachos, who showed Grant Johnson, the driver of this ute, who also wanted 1.
The body has finishind printing so it is currently being sanded and prepped for paint.

Wheels and tyres done, just need paint
Brakes, done and need paint
Interior tub is done, just needs seats and dash fitted
Dash... having issues with that but should be sorted shortly.
Diff, done, needs paint and mounting

Overall, it's mostly painting now and then assembly.

I can't take the credit for how it looks, I'm just replicating the original design :)
No one seems to know who did the original design, someone must, but no one can remember who it was.

That's coz i am the decal master!!
but if you look closely, you will see the pattern is darker on the corners... sneaky trick :) the darker part of the pattern conceals the slight overlays ;)
Mr Mark Softer can take the credit for the smooth curves, best thing since Mr Mark Setter
