I think I have finished all the pieces now... and then I saw I hadn't done the steering wheel while uploading these pics pullinghair

I also did the interior as a 1 piece, for those who aren't so great at making things line up. the seats and rollcage are mounted to the base, the dash is blended into the rollcage as well. it may be a little tricky to paint but... seeing as the base and rollcage are silver, you could spray it all then hand brush the seats and dash.. the dash is carbon fibre, so maybe CF decals could be tricky to apply but anyways, thought it would be a good idea to do a 1 piece interior :)

I'm redoing the chassis again... not 100% happy with it for others to use.

I am looking for anyone interested in being the first to buy a hoonicorn kit... once all 1:24 pieces are done, I will print them and bundle the kit together. windows and lenses included. I am hoping to have a full printed kit available soon.
Wheels and brake rotors will come as a tree of 4... I should do a mock up of what the kit will be
Any suggestions are welcome...

Close up of the interior to show the detail I went too
Added the raised tunnel with Motec screen, cutouts for the shifter and handbrake, with surround piece, also the dash with raised switch panel and gauges... think i got everything. the rollcage was a pita to do.

Tub, seats, roll cage and dash in one will be interesting to paint (I rattle can everything) interested in knowing how much these will set one back. I could see myself being a flat black Kurt Busch style car

I can do rollcage and dash in 1, seats and tub another piece. it's actually more for those who don't model than us who do. us who do, can work out positioning. i have added seat bases on the tub so seats can be positioned right, the rollcage will onlhy sit so far back so that could be right, then it's getting the dash mounted in the right position, which as I can tell you, doing them each and everytime is a pain for me, let alone a first time model builder.
price wise, it's come up at $30 for the 1 piece tub in 1:20th, haven't scaled it down yet as i am doing everything in 1:20 so i can make them correct size for the current print I have in hand, then will scale it all down at once to make sure it all stays in scale to each other.
but from that, i would say the 1 piece will be around $20-25
I should have everything scaled down in the next few days and a more accurate figure.

The 1:24 scale is more of a problem then expected... some pieces are going to need more work to make them thicker for print.
A decal sheet is going to be tricky as it's a gloss over matte finish.I could do the gloss parts printed on ALPS but they come out matteish anyway.
smaller scale cut vinyl would be tricky... was hard enough in 1:20 but I am eyeing a small scale cutter. if I get that, i may be able to do 1:24 scale vinyl. then I could do the black and possibly the others.
Once I finish the 1:20, I might take pics with a 1:24 model for size comparison and see if people prefer the 1:20, might be easier all round for the intricate details.
got another big $ vinyls job in the pipe, if it pans out, I could get some new toys to make it all easier.
