Pre masking film.

Dumped some liquid mask in one of my cheap shit airbrush.Image

And not shown in pic, thin it down with de-mineralised water so it could be shot at 40psi.
And applied it super thick to the point it was starting to run in places.

You can see not quite dry in the front corners.

Going by the directions it dries in about 2 hours but for best results to leave overnight.
Warm in Pirie today so il let it dry until tonight then il cut, unmask and paint the blob/block that is suppose to be the base of the engine.

Only just found out myself that Tamiya spray cans are up to TS-100 :shock: crazy

Pretty much buy all my paint from BNA

Also rumoured is the TS lacquer range will become available in the glass jars soon.

Mate, ive never had an issue with paint being sent too me from BNA. Might have issues with other stores but not them.
Ive been getting paint sent to me for years from them.

Give them a try you might be surprised

There is a warning on the BNA web site but you just ignore it and the rattle cans come in the post. Never had an issue and have bought lots of cans from them.

Wonderful.
But since Mum and Dad invited themselves to see Razzy this Christmas (because they surely do not give a snot about seeing me anymore!) I will send them a shopping list and let them bring some up.
Put them to good use.
But I will keep this in mind for the future - thanks lads.
