Few small bits to resand but mostly prepped for primer

Image

keen eyed viewers may notice the hard lid is different to the previous VE's....
This is the newer 'race' style lid, with small double humps and 'wing' on the end.
I also have an SS lid ready to go in case I get an SS style to do

Primed and ready for paint

Image

Like my paint stands? 1.25L bottles cut just under half way (top of the label), cable tied to some flute board... makes for perfect 1:18 ute body holders :) the 'feet' on the bottom of the bottle hold the front in place through the windscreen and underside of the cab roof without blocking paint getting to the top of the windscreen. the top of the bottle really just holds the back of the ute level
Going to make some 1:25 holders with 600ml bottles

looking at the OP pic and the current blue on the #15... i think i am way off on the colour. I got the lightest TS blue available... respray coming up I think. might have to hunt for a PS
anyone know a lighter blue than TS-23? it looks right on the chart and lid. I did it over a pure white base but yet it's too dark now dry.
here's the #51
