39 here today 41 tomorrow as the heat rolls to the east.
Rio Tinto is running 34 Autonomous trains a day over in the Pilbara bit to far for you.
I was talking to young bloke about train driving he drove trains for all the Coal ones so far and now driving for GWA now.
Did you see the destruction caused by the BHP train out west that got away from the driver and then had to be deliberately derailed? Got to well over 100 kph apparently.
It looked like a war zone.
It had brake trouble, Its ECP connector disconnected, triggering a 120% brake application. while driver was trying locate the disconnection. the train moved away when the brake application automatically released after a hour. Big OOOps runner way train.
Into the second 24 hour wearing the Heart Monitor, at the end of each 24 hour got to go and get new card and battery, had to replace a couple of patch's were the wire clips on they come unstuck. Hope they find something this time around.
Like a smiley face????
I have been lucky enough to spend a good portion of these stinking hot days in the hottest part of the foundry (in my section) playing with red hot iron castings on a daily basis.
Yay me. Don't be jealous, sweated so much I didn't have enough left for a leak at smoko.
Still fat tho, dagnabit.
One minute I am happily decaling a 911 GT2 Porsche, next thing I know there is puke, a crying 18 month old and a grumpy Mummy, oh boy.
That is one modelling session that is well and truly over.
